We are always looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial people to join our team.
The Radiant Room is a small, nurse-led practice with two rooms in the Rio Grande Valley — one on N McColl, one on W Park Ave. Every treatment we offer is performed by a registered nurse, and everything we charge for is published on the site before anyone walks in. That shapes who fits here: we would rather explain a treatment honestly and lose the sale than close it.
What we look for
- A clinical or front-of-house background, or the willingness to learn one properly rather than quickly.
- Comfort with the unglamorous half of the job — consent, aftercare, turning a room over, saying no to a treatment that is not appropriate.
- Spanish and English, spoken comfortably with clients.
- People who want the work to be good more than they want it to be busy.
How to apply
There is no form and no portal. Send an email with what you can bring to our company that sets you apart from anyone else, and a CV if you have one to hand. Dinorha reads them herself.
